About the difference in certain 'Community Guidelines'
Today was again a Furry Friday. That's is the day I usually get in trouble at Instagram with the posts I place there with as a subject the 'holy' Female Triangle. It always concerns the pictures in the posts.
For even when I just show that female triangle - without showing what is almost hidden right under that - Instagram still removes my post with the message I am violating ... "the Community Guidelines" !!
I always protest immediately against those decisions and in most cases ( strangely enough not always) they show my post again. But - they are telling me - at a lower place where not everyone can see it immediately. That is the message accompanying their decision.
HOW ABOUT THAT? What do you think of that? Every time a certain censor spots a triangle of hair or thinks of spotting a FEMALE nipple your post is removed and you have to protest and pray that the GOD of IG approves your post after all.
Let me tell you something funny now. Not that long ago - actually one day before I wrote this - someone said to me how unfair it was FROM MASTODON ( that's another Social Medium) that somebody there had got a warning from Mastodon's moderators that he/she had forgotten to checkmark the box to warn viewers for sensitive ( nude) pictures !!
That was unfair that person wrote to me.
Despite the fact that I know that he/she already had to make one time a new account because being punished by IG by showing nipples, this person is obviously still a fervent Instagram fan!!!
But can you imagine that I had to laugh? At Instagram that post would have been removed at once and the perpetrator would have been punished for not handling according the Community Guidelines with a ban to post for a few days and/or react on the posts of others. And when it wouldn't have been a first time one could even loose his/her account! And that should be more fair????
And what about all of sudden getting warned for spamming while you know you did nothing wrong? Ridiculously enough this also has happened to some at Instagram, including me, in the past.
And then there is that getting 'shadowbanned' when using Hashtags? As has happened to me and my good fWiend Biggus Twixus from @exraterrestrialsfairyprincess.
First it happened with our "chubbycheekscuriouscheeriecutiepiecherubs" hashtag and later with every other hashtag we tried to use!!!!!! SHADOWBANNED !!!! Isn't that just FAIR from Instagram?
But .... according to that certain person it was Mastodon who had been acting UNFAIR !!! ( It may be clear that he/she didn't have an account there yet. He had only been 'peeping')
And while being purposely in that negative mode - looking for flaws to prove right - he/she had tried to get at my public Mastodon page and ........ didn't succeed!
"YOU SEE!", was the reaction. "Are you flagged too?"
NOPE. But what he had done - despite that I had written multiple times the exact address in my Instagram Posts- was writing my Instagram address in the Mastodon search box! Well, it helps when you type my name right for Mastodon, WHAT ISN'T THE SAME AS THE ONE OF INSTAGRAM ( just slightly different though)
Strange that there are still people preferring to look negative at new better but not everwhere known things.
The old ones with all their bad properties are always better - according to those people - for they are centralized and run by BILLIONAIRES! So they must have done something right. Decentralized ...... sounds like politics. Yikes!
Hey, I am only giving asuggestion for an alternative because I thought - or better I KNOW - there are more getting annoyed by Instagram's policy lately.
So censor free versions of my posts are on my Mastodon account. Just type my profile into your browser: https://mastodon.world/@CajaCajolinaT988
